When we had our third child, my husband said we became a herd. We’re a family of five, living in San Diego. I’m an imperfect mom who stays at home (hah, as if a stay at home mom is ever at home), and runs ragged trying to keep up with our herd. Our oldest child was born 14 weeks early (the preemie), followed 12 1/2 months later by our Princess (8 days past her due date), then 2 1/2 years after that, we completed our herd with Little Man (our ASD/ADHD/ODD kid). I run, I sit for hours at the dance studio with the Princess, I volunteer at my kids’ schools, I scrapbook, I read, I live….and I write about it all. Welcome to our the tales of our Herd.
Been there, done that.
Understand completely~
My advice for stress relief, get thy self down to Old Town and have a Taco at the Old Town Café.
